The chassis will fit most takedown 10/22-style receivers, except those with a fixed tang. NOTE: For Volquartsen triggers, I have a special grip insert - please let me know when you order. This chassis is compatible with other Takedown handguards/forearms, including the original Ruger Takedown forearms. All my chassis feature a precision adjustment screw at the base of the receiver that pins down the back of the receiver for a custom, super-tight fit with any standard 10/22-style receiver - no tangs, inserts, or bedding needed! And no modification of the receiver necessary! This is a "set and forget" feature - adjust it during the initial assembly procedure and then install the buffer tube. The firearm will still disassemble/assemble with the single Ruger® 10/22 factory takedown screw. The chassis is CNC-machined from a single billet of “military-grade” 6061-T6 hardened aluminum. Accepts all Ruger® 10/22-style barrel profiles including 0.920-inch “bull” barrels. Accepts all Ruger® 10/22-style receiver profiles including those with integrated top rails, but does not fit receivers with a rear tang. Drop-in installation - no modification of your Ruger® 10/22 is required. Base price includes the chassis, all necessary hardware (screws, grip spacer, etc.), and instructions (10/22-style firearm, stock, grip, and handguard not included)
